**About Escape**
Escape is a French cybersecurity start-up that simulates cyberattacks, based on Artificial Intelligence, to detect security flaws before hackers can exploit them.
Founded in 2020, the company has already raised $1.6 Million and has successfully positioned itself as one of the most promising European cybersecurity start-up in winning the Grand Défi Cyber delivered by BPI France and the ANSSI. Meanwhile, the start-up also received the X-Grant Silicon Valley Prize that fostered its entry in the international competition game as a major security provider.
The founders are graduate students from X-HEC (CTO) and ENSTA-HEC (CEO) who both finished their studies in the United States at the University of California, Berkeley. The rest of the team is composed of passionate cybersecurity lovers who come from the most prestigious French Universities: École Polytechnique, Télécom Paris, ENSTA Paris, Sciences Po Paris…

**Missions**
As a CEO Right-Hand, you will participate in the company's everyday management and strategic decisions. You will then exercise high responsibilities and have an immediate impact in the success of the company.
You will spend time on:
* Competition analysis (watch competitors and stay informed on their strategy changes, struggles and successes)
* Market Analysis (analyze new potential market segmentations)
* Public Relations (talking with the press and managing social medias)
* Human Resources (writing job offers and taking charge of the selection process)
* Legal and Financial Operations (drafting contract and manage the company’s portfolio)
